Lowcountry Tasting: Graze in Summerville

Holy cow, I can't say enough about this place! Karson, Cindy, and I went for lunch, but it really doesn't matter if you go during lunch or dinner - you will have a fantastic experience. April has been our server more than once now and I am certainly not complaining. She is prompt, down to Earth, and most importantly, she always brings us wonderful food. We started our meal with the house made cheese pierogi. The sweet carmelized onion and applewood smoked bacon perfectly complimented the salty cheese and mashed potatoes - I look forward to these every time we go! I had the dinner portion of the pork tacos, Cindy had the duck confit, and Karson had the chicken and waffles. All three of the entrees provided a plethora of flavors for every single part of your tongue to enjoy. If you don't believe me, take a look at the pictures and know that they are even more delicious than they look! If you have been searching for a restaurant with a Lowcountry feel and you are in Summerville, you need to visit Graze!
