Think you can't buy a house?

Bet'cha can!

Is renting cheaper than owning?

In most cases, even when adding in home ownership expenses, if you were to rent and own an identical home, owning it would be less expensive. This is because those expenses are already added into your rent and your land lord has to pay a higher property tax - not to mention they have to make a profit!

How much money do I have to put down?

There are several loan programs which require no down payment at all! Those who don't qualify for a 0% down payment may be eligible for low down payment programs. If you are interested in seeing what you qualify for, please feel free to contact us today and we can refer you to a lender who will be able to show you exactly what your options are!

I've had some problems with credit in the past, can I still buy a home?

It's rare to find someone who hasn't had some sort of bump in the road or two... or more... in their credit past. Most people think that in order to buy a home, they have to have tons of money to put down, and a super clean credit history. Neither are true. There are all kinds of home buying programs out there, and most likely, there is one that will fit you. We will be happy to refer you to a lender (mortgage person) who will do everything they can to get you qualified and into your new home! If for some reason, you aren't financially ready at this point, most lenders will be happy to help you get on the right path to get there, sooner.

Finding out if you are eligible for a mortgage is totally free!
